FACE Leadership Institute Is Here!

Our National President is excited to announce our FACE Leadership Institute's inception. Launched today, December 12, 2020, FACE opens its doors to conceptualization based on Biblical and fundamental teachings and trainings that aim to equip and empower the leaders within Eta Alpha Pi Sorority.

FACE's 3 Pillars guide the program and how it will change the trajectory of excellence for leaders to come. There are 4 areas of focus FACE will train from. Each member, auxie and staff who desire to be a part of the institute will undergo a series of steps. These steps will lead to an authorization process. Their invitations will be sent mid-March, annually. The institute will kick off in October of each year.

The development of programs like this for our leaders and potential leaders serve notice to our communities that we can only be effective when we approach them equipped with the word of God and the practical tools needed to be impactful", says our National President, Soror Meelah Lowery.

FACE, standing for Faith And Communal Empowerment, will kick off March 2022. This upcoming Sorority year, 2021-2022 creates time and opportunity for the details and logistics of the institute to be conceptualized and implemented. We are eager to see our first applicants apply. We know that they will be instrumental in the development of the program for the better.
