Eta University is the official educational and training arm of Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated®. Grounded in the Sorority’s mission of faith, sisterhood, and service, Eta University exists to educate, equip, and empower members and the greater community with knowledge, purpose, and practical tools for life and leadership.
Guided by the motto “Imparting to prepare,” Eta University operates under the direction of the Education and Training Committee and delivers a wide array of structured learning experiences that cultivate spiritual growth, civic engagement, professional development, and communal impact. Our vision is that every learner grows exponentially, spiritually, professionally, and socially, for the betterment of the world through Christ.

Equips Eta Pis with the knowledge, structure, and discipline to lead with faith, integrity, and purpose, by training members for Kingdom exellence.
F.A.C.E. LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Open to the public, offering Biblically-based leadership principles for engagement & community transformation.
ESTHER ACADEMY
Offers introductory & advanced courses & transitional learning experiences for qualified interested ladies, those preparing for General membership in our Sorority.
BRAND CENTRAL COLLEGE
Educates Eta Pi on the Eta Brand, teaching the visual and cultural identity of the Sorority to ensure consistent & compliant marketing & communications across all chapters.
PATHWAYS COLLEGE
Open to the public, providing professional & personal development programs, individual growth & collective contribution skills.
OUTBOUND INSTITUTE
Open to the public, offering specialized & practical skill training, discipleship, communication, & intercultural engagement, & career development & life skills.
